What about price increases?
Price increases are limited in our contract. Once we have you as a customer, we want you to be happy with us and recommend us to others. Existing customers can add Contact Anywhere to their existing contract. 

What kind of commitment do you need?
Customers sign a renewable annual contract which is invoiced at the beginning of the term.

How many users must I have?
There is no minimum or maximum number of users. Contact Anywhere is as suitable for one-person companies as for hundreds of geographically-dispersed users. You can start with one user. Later you can vary user numbers as appropriate to your needs. Of course the more users you have, the lower the cost-per user.

Can I try it before committing myself?

Can you import my existing data?
We appreciate you'll want to make use of your existing data. We have wide experience of migrating data from existing sources into Contact Anywhere.

What if your software doesn't meet all my needs?

What kind of internet connection do I need?

The software is available for in-house deployment on your own servers. This is typically of interest to larger customers.

Can I really trust my data to you?
Yes, most definitely. Contact Anywhere runs on the most professional hosting service and we provide contractual guarantees that your data remains your property and as a total package is used under your control.

What tools do you use?
We use Microsoft’s ASP.NET architecture & Apache Linux with PHP. Data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server & Apache Linux MySQL servers on robust application and database servers with RAID arrays and failover capability.
